Our Process

Roofing system failures can be caused by a number of factors, including:

A roofing system that is thrown together with products from multiple manufacturers places the property owner at a severe disadvantage in the event of a roof failure. Many roofers tend to have various favorites when it comes to material - they use Brand A shingles, Brand B ice and water shield, and Brand C ventilation products. Yet if a roof system by this design were to fail, who is at fault? Which manufacturer? Without a brand consistent roofing system, a manufacturer is not obligated to honor their warranty.
